WHO WE ARE
Basic Maintenance Supply Inc. is a privately held family operated business. We are located in a 120,000 sq ft warehouse in which 55,000 sq ft is dedicated to warehousing and a showroom-store for Basics' operation. Basic has been in business since the summer 1987.
Basic operates four divisions to serve all businesses. Our truck delivery division serves the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas. We deliver to every type of business from gas stations to office buildings selling everything from toilet tissues, trash liners, lunchroom supplies to chemicals, equipment and lighting products.
Our internet division sells from our many internet sites janitorial and carpet cleaning equipment as well as parts and chemicals for the professional cleaners, building maintenance personnel and the home owner.
We have a 8,000 sq ft showroom store filled with equipment and supplies for the janitorial contractor or carpet cleaning professional looking to pick up their supplies and equipment.
Our fourth division is a complete repair facility to fix commercial vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, truck mounts and small engine equipment.
Basic is located just off of I-95 in Philadelphia at 3700 Kensington Avenue. Our off street parking lot is 50 feet off the corner of Castor Av. and Kensington Av.
